In the informal setting of Café Barista we are going to talk about how, if at all, the participants encode feminist perspectives into their work, and which conceptual resources they draw from. We’ll also discuss how feminism as a theme was first opened – in the 1990s – by the first Slovak feminist magazine “Aspekt” (1993 – 2004), as well as what it means to step out into the public square with an artistic work that is identifiable as feminist.

With financial support of the Ministry of Culture of Slovak republic realised by ASPEKT NGO.
